Presenting architecture in photos or motion picture is one thing, but showing something that does not exist yet is another one. This requires computer generated imagery and animation and most people then ask for different angles or would like to see what is to the left or right of a certain view. All this can be done by presenting real estate in virtual reality, where the viewer can walk through a room, an appartment or even a complete high-rise building.
